From setting up machinery to monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues, you''ll help keep operations moving and ensure production targets are met.Your responsibilities will include:- Setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery- Carrying out routine machine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently- Making adjustments to machinery to maintain product quality and production output- Completing quality checks and accurately recording machine downtime- Working towards production targets while maintaining high standards- Supporting other areas of the packing line when required- Following all health and safety procedures, standard operating procedures and company guidelines- Identifying issues and taking a proactive approach to resolving problemsWe''re looking for someone who knows their way around production machinery and is confident working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.You''ll ideally have:- Essential: Previous hands-on experience operating machinery- Experience working within a production, manufacturing or packing environment- A practical, hands-on ..... full job details .....
