Machine Operator
Working within a small, friendly team, you''ll carry out a variety of production and manufacturing duties, making this a varied and hands-on position. Key Responsibilities Moving and handling materials and finished products around the factory Picking materials ready for production Measuring and marking materials accurately Cutting materials using machinery and hand tools Operating production machinery safely and efficiently Assembling products to a high standard Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area Working to production schedules and quality standards What We''re Looking For Essential Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment Good practical skills with strong attention to detail Ability to use measuring equipment accurately A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well as part of a team Desirable Previous machine operating experience FLT (Forklift Truck) licence Experience using hand and power tools Assembly or fabrication experience What''s on Offer Permanent, full-time position Monday to Friday working hours Day shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm 13.00 - 13.90 per hour, depending on experience 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays Ongoing training and development Opportunities for career progression If you''re looking for a long-term opportunity within manufacturing and want to join a company that invests in its people, we''d love to hear from ..... full job details .....
