Location: Eye, Suffolk
Job Type: Temp to perm - Full-time
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 7.30am till 3.30pm
Salary: £14.00 Per hour
 
The Role
 
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join our  clients production team. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment  (non meat), ensuring machinery runs efficiently and production targets are met.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Setting up machines for production runs
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Carrying out basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Completing production documentation accurately
• Adhering to health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area

 
Requirements
 

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operative role (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and team mentality
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work shifts where required
