What You ll Do: Operate and set up machines on a production line Monitor machinery to ensure consistent quality Perform quality checks and complete production paperwork Label and pack products for dispatch Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures Meet daily production and quality targets What We re Looking For: Team player with a strong work ethic Good attention to detail quality matters! Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Able to stand for long periods and manage manual tasks Previous manufacturing or manual role experience preferred Shift Pattern: 24/7 continental rota Rotates over 4 weeks 12-hour shifts (06 00 / 18 00) Why Work With Us: Weekend shift allowance: 1.5x basic pay (Friday 19:00 to Sunday 19:00) Overtime paid at 1.5x Weekly pay get paid every Friday!
