Machine Operator - Permanent Role Elsham, near Brigg 30,379 + Overtime + Quarterly Bonus 4 on / 4 off shifts (2 days / 2 nights) We''re recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business supplying packaging solutions into the healthcare sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with machine operating experience gained within a manufacturing or packaging environment who is looking to develop their skills and train as an Extrusion Operator. What you''ll be doing: Operating production machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets and quality standards Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments where required Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification Loading and handling raw materials in line with production requirements Recording production data accurately and maintaining relevant documentation Identifying and reporting machine faults or maintenance requirements Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Working closely with Team Leaders and the wider production team Undertaking full training to develop into an Extrusion Operator role Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality What we''re looking for: Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment A ..... full job details .....
