Not just feeding a line, but taking real ownership of it.• Setting up, running and taking ownership of production machinery• Carrying out changeovers, adjustments and basic fault finding• Keeping the line running smoothly and stepping in when issues arise• Completing production and quality paperwork in line with GMP standards• Supporting operators on the line and helping maintain standards• Working closely with Team Leaders to hit output and quality targetsThe Environment• Clean, organised, GMP-regulated manufacturing site with high standards across the board• Mix of automated and semi-automated lines• Multiple production departments across different product lines• Strong focus on quality, process and continuous improvementYou re ..... full job details .....
