Not just another machine operator job stuck on a production line.
We’re working with a growing, modern manufacturing business that’s investing heavily in its people, equipment and long-term structure.
This is a clean, well-run site where quality matters, standards are high, and people actually stay.
What makes this different:
Before you commit, you’ll get the chance to walk the site, meet the team and see multiple departments in action. You’ll get a real feel for the environment and where you fit best. Not just a job spec, you’ll see exactly what you’re walking into.
The Role
You’ll be stepping into a proper operator position. Not just feeding a line, but taking real ownership of it.
• Setting up, running and taking ownership of production machinery
• Carrying out changeovers, adjustments and basic fault finding
• Keeping the line running smoothly and stepping in when issues arise
• Completing production and quality paperwork in line with GMP standards
• Supporting operators on the line and helping maintain standards
• Working closely with Team Leaders to hit output and quality targets
The Environment
• Clean, organised, GMP-regulated manufacturing site with high standards across the board
• Mix of automated and semi-automated lines
• Multiple production departments across different product lines
• Strong focus on quality, process and continuous improvement
You’re not boxed into one area either, you’ll have the chance to see where you’ll be most comfortable before committing.
What You Get:
• £13.50 – £15.00 per hour depending on experience
• Choice of shift pattern to suit your lifestyle
• Stable, long-term opportunity in a growing business
• Clear progression into Senior Operator and Team Leader roles
• Ongoing training on machinery and processes
• A team that actually supports each other on shift
What They’re Looking For:
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Some exposure to machinery, setups or line responsibility
• Someone reliable who takes pride in their work
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow process
• A team player who can step up when needed
The Step Up:
If you’ve been operating machines but not really progressing, this is the kind of move that changes that.
You’ll be trusted, developed, and given the chance to move forward. Not stuck doing the same thing for the next two years.
If you want to know more, apply and we’ll talk you through the setup and get you booked in to see the site for yourself.
