About the Role
We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a machining or manufacturing environment to join a growing business and work towards a permanent role. You''ll be responsible for operating a range of equipment to process and finish, ensuring high quality and efficiency at every stage of production.

Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM
* Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
* Total: 38.5 hours per week
* Flexibility for additional hours may be required, in line with Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate various press machines
* Use measuring equipment such as verniers and height gauges to ensure accuracy
* Follow job-specific procedures and engineering drawings in line with company policies
* Work cross-functionally with other departments
* Maintain high safety and quality standards throughout the production process

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment (preferred)
* Good numeracy, literacy, and basic computer skills
* Strong attention to detail and concentration
* Ability to problem solve and follow production schedules accurately
* A flexible and proactive attitude, with a team-first mindset
