Location:** BS37
Salary: -13.00 per hour (Increases to -13.50 after successful probation)
Shift: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday to Thursday

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team in BS37. Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor and adjust equipment as needed to maintain quality standards
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with routine maintenance and inspections
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and proactive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
