Machine Operator

We are looking for permanent machine operators for our client in Aberdeen Machine OperatorLocation: AberdeenSalary: 25,480 per annumHours: Monday to Thursday, 0630 to 1500; Friday, 0600 to 1430Contract: Permanent, Full-TimeNo weekends or backshiftsKey ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate and monitor food production machinery safely and efficiently.Carry out routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime.Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.Monitor product quality and report any issues promptly.Complete production records accurately.Follow food safety, quality, hygiene and health and safety procedures at all times.Perform cleaning and sanitation procedures on equipment and work areas.Assist with changeovers and machine adjustments when required.Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.RequirementsPrevious machine operating experience within a manufacturing or food production environment is essential.Good mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic equipment faults.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude.Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards.
