Machine Operator

All Square Recruitment is hiring a Machine Operator with a focus on laser cutting. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position that offers clear paths for career progression. Responsibilities Training on and operating a laser cutting machine to produce precise components. Interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints to accurately program the laser cutter. Performing regular quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet exact specifications. Loading and unloading raw materials and completed components from the machine. Performing routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on the laser cutter. Adhering to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. What We''re Looking For - Required Skills/Experience A strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn how to operate complex machinery. Experience in a manufacturing or production role is a plus, but not essential. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
