Key Responsibilities Set up and operate production machinery in line with production plans and specifications. Carry out pre-start checks, line set-up, and routine cleaning activities. Prepare and replenish raw materials, packaging, and consumables as required. Monitor machine performance and resolve minor stoppages to minimise downtime. Perform quality checks and ensure products meet required standards. Complete production records and documentation accurately. Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and health and safety. Support the achievement of production, OEE, and waste reduction targets. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient production operations.
