Machine Operator

Operate production machinery efficiently and safely to meet daily targets, maintain product quality, and follow hygiene and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate machinery according to approved specifications.Ensure correct sealing, labelling, and coding of all products.Maintain high product quality and report any issues promptly.Record batch codes and temperature checks accurately.Support production teams to meet deadlines and reduce waste.Follow hygiene, cleaning, and safety procedures at all times.Assist in other departments (e.g., stores or dispatch) when needed.Performance Measures:Production output vs. targetsProduct quality and consistencyTimekeeping and attendanceHygiene and audit performanceSkills and Requirements:Understanding of basic food safety (HACCP)Attention to detail and manual handling skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeReliable and punctualAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
