Machine Operator / Press Brake Operator / CNC Machine Operator / Laser OperatorSparkford 15.26 per hour Early/Late Shift Rotation Full-Time Manufacturing and EngineeringIntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a well-established and growing engineering and manufacturing business in Sparkford.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Machine Operator, Press Brake Operator, CNC Machine Operator, or Laser Operator to work within a fast-paced production environment using a range of advanced machinery.What We Offer 15.26 per hour.Structured early and late shift rotation.Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment.Stable, full-time position within a growing business.Support from the Acorn by Synergie team throughout the recruitment process.Key DutiesSet up and operate press brake, CNC router, and laser cutting machinery.Load and unload raw materials and finished components.Check materials for correct size, thickness, and grade.Interpret engineering drawings and work from Bills of Materials (BOMs).Use nesting software to optimise material usage.Inspect, measure, and deburr finished parts.Sort and organise components by job and material type.Complete documentation to maintain quality standards.Work collaboratively to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.Carry out basic machine maintenance and maintain accurate records.Operate additional machinery as required.Identify risks and contribute to continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
