The company is highly successful, they pride themselves in progressing and developing staff members, always promoting within wherever possible. You will be responsible for setting and operating machinery, ensuring products are produced to a high standard, quality checking all products you have produced. You will manage speeds and feeds of materials, carrying out changeovers on machinery and ensuring you follow health and safety guidelines. Choice of two shift patterns available at present: Shift 1 Monday to Friday shifts Week 1: 6am - 2pm, Week 2: 2pm to 10pm, Week 3: 10pm - 6am Shift allowance is 10% for afternoon shifts, and 30% for nights.
