Summary of Machine Operative Our established client is seeking a reliable, conscientious and detail-oriented Machine Operative to join their workshop. The successful candidate will receive full training and ongoing support, making this an excellent opportunity for someone practical, motivated and eager to learn. You will work in a friendly and supportive environment where teamwork, cooperation and mutual respect are highly valued. This role is site based, working Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 16:30, and Friday 09:00 to 15:00. Key Responsibilities of the Machine Operative Operate the clicker press machine safely and efficiently Prepare and accurately position materials for cutting Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are consistently met Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area Adhere to all health and safety procedures at all times Assist with general workshop duties as required, e.g. checking in deliveries, packing goods, labelling items Personal Attributes Required of the Machine Operative Previous workshop/assembly experience Strong eye for detail Can work well under pressure Able to work independently within a small team Physically fit Only suitable candidates will be directly contacted about this position, and we will not store or process the data of candidates in any way unless consent has been obtained. ..... full job details .....
