Select and install die, mandrels, calibrators, in line press tools, extrusion heads, and haul offs, according to size and type of profile. Ensure hopper is kept supplied with correct raw material. Fill in and complete appropriate records. Check for surface finish and dimensional checks are within tolerance and meets company-imposed standards and in accordance with customer specifications. Remove extrudate from take off table once through haul off, pack as required. Those in the role of thermoformer machine operator are typically required to perform preventative maintenance on their equipment, such as administering lubrication, to ensure that it functions properly. Shift: * Monday - Thursday 07:00AM until 18:00PM * Friday - 07:00AM until 13:00PM Pay Rate: * Starting at -13.11 per hour as training will be provided Breaks 1 x 30 min lunch break UNPAID Benefits: * 28 days paid Annual Leave pro-rate for PAYE *...
