The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.This is a fast-paced role where you will need to work accurately, follow set processes and maintain a consistent level of productivity throughout your shift.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery safely and efficiently.Set up and load machinery as required.Monitor machines during production and report any issues or faults.Feed materials and components into machinery.Carry out quality checks on finished products.Work quickly and efficiently to achieve daily production targets.Follow production instructions and processes accurately.Maintain a clean and organised work area.Follow all health and safety procedures.Work as part of a busy production team.Complete basic paperwork and production records where required.The Ideal CandidatePrevious machine operating or production experience is desirable.Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Able to work to targets and deadlines.Good attention to detail and quality.Reliable, punctual and hardworking.Able to follow instructions and established processes.Safety-conscious with a good understanding of workplace procedures.Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks while ..... full job details .....
