Machine Operative

We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join our Blow Moulding department, operating bottle supply equipment to achieve required standards of performance and support manufacturing operations. This role has a stronger focus on machine set-up, fault finding and performance, and would suit candidates with previous machine or production experience in a manufacturing environment. Location: BellshillShift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days and Nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)Salary: £29,290.59 per annum Key responsibilities Set up, operate and monitor bottle supply and de-bagging machineryCarry out fault finding and respond to equipment issuesComplete traceability documentation and production records accuratelySupport changeovers and adjustments to minimise downtimeControl bottle and film waste, including reprocessing where requiredMaintain hygiene and housekeeping standards to Grade A levelSupport manufacturing lines safely as requiredReport and escalate Health and Safety or quality concerns appropriately What we''re looking for Experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environmentStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsA proactive, performance-focused approachComfortable working a rotating days and nights shift patternStrong commitment to Health and Safety, Quality and Hygiene standards What we offer Salary: £31,434.94 per annum2x Life Assurance241.5 hours holidayPension matching up to 4% contributionsCareer development plans and opportunitiesAccess to Müller ..... full job details .....
