Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator on behalf of our client, a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Witham.

This role involves working with UPVC window frame profiles, where you will be responsible for loading 6-metre lengths onto a saw. The machine will then cut the material accurately to required sizes. While the profiles are long, they are not heavy, making this role manageable but still requiring care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading UPVC window frame profiles onto cutting machinery
  • Operating a saw to cut materials to specification
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of cuts
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous machine operating experience preferred (but not essential)
  • Prior manufacturing or factory experience is ideal
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual
