Location: New Mills
Salary: -12.95 + -1.86 per hour shift allowance
Shift: Rotating Shifts | Immediate Starts Available

We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in New Mills. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with competitive pay and ongoing support.

Shift Pattern

Week 1

• Monday - Thursday: 06:00am-14:00pm
• Friday: 06:00am - 12:00pm

Week 2

• Monday - Thursday: 14:00pm - 22:00pm
• Friday: 12:00pm-18:00pm

Pay & Benefits

• -12.95 per hour
• Additional -1.86 per hour shift allowance
• Weekly pay
• Immediate starts available

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the production team to meet daily targets
• Keeping work areas clean and organised

What We''re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is desirable
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work rotating shifts
