Machine Operative We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Machine Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Tankersley. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience as a Machine Operative, Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operative, Production Machine Operative, Factory Operative, or Production Operator. As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role within the manufacturing team, operating production machinery, monitoring production lines, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have experience operating machinery within a factory or production setting. The Role As a Machine Operative, your responsibilities will include: Operating manufacturing machinery and production line equipment safely and efficiently. Machine setting, machine operation, and assisting with machine changeovers. Monitoring machine performance and reporting faults or breakdowns. Operating production lines and electric pressers while working towards daily production KPIs. Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards. Completing production paperwork and recording quality checks. Packing finished products and preparing goods for dispatch where required.
