Machine Operative

We are currently looking for Machine Operators to work for a drinks manufacturer in the Bradford area. Working as part of a team to own the manufacturing process and to deliver the key performance objectives in the QCDSP framework, whilst maintaining the operational plant in the Ingredients Processing Centre.Hours: 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am Shifts: Continental shift pattern which involves working days, nights and weekendsPay: 15.87 per hour Overtime rates: Up to 24.42 per hourDuration: Temporary ongoing LONG TERM, permanent opportunities available Key responsibilities: Fault finding and low-level correction Pump and valve isolation. MES SCADA error management Chemical handing and awareness Mechanical maintenance basic level (AM) System auditing and reporting Performing dynamic risk assessments Compilation of Standard Operating procedures Project team involvement and delivery as required. Continuous Improvement of plant and process Ensure the accurate transfer and consumption of raw materials between onsite storage locations, using FIFO, Batch management principles, utilising the site IT system. Manufacture syrups using standard recipes, utilising the Manufacturing Execution Systems and SCADA systems. Train and support team development in the creation and use of Standard Operating Procedures. To utilise the MES and SCADA system to monitor the operational plant and resolve any error logs/system faults, compile fault log.
