Machine Operative 

• Working hours: Monday to Friday / 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm. 
• Starting salary: £14.95 per hour (including shift allowance) + regular overtime available at a premium rate. 
• This is a Full time, Permanent position. 

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting experienced and skilled Machine Operatives to join our well established client on a permanent basis. 

Responsibilities: 

• Set up machines accurately for timely start-up. 
• Follow quality guidelines across all areas. 
• Operate in all factory areas. 
• Complete training on all functions. 
• Dispose of waste appropriately. 
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations. 
• Ensure personal and team safety. 
• Participate actively in team efforts to uphold high standards. 
• Communicate issues to Shift coordinators, Leaders, and team members. 
• Achieve all set targets.
