Machine Operative

We’re recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a well-established and growing company in Donington on the night shift.

Your role will include:

• Operating machinery in a busy production or manufacturing environment

• Monitoring quality and ensuring products meet specification

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

• Keeping your work area clean and organised

What we’re looking for:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience (preferred)

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

• Commitment to safe working practices
