Shifts: Monday to Thursday 6am-6pm (Days) or 6pm-6am (Nights)
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour (Days) | £15.48 per hour (Nights)

About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a busy food production site based in Fakenham. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced machine operators looking to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment with long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
• Setting up machines and carrying out basic adjustments where required
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues
• Completing production paperwork accurately
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping
• Working closely with production teams to ensure the smooth running of operations

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous machine operating experience within a food production environment is essential
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work 12-hour day or night shifts
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
