This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work with competitive pay, structured shifts, and career progression.If you''re reliable, detail-focused, and have experience in manufacturing or factory work, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and package plastic moulded products.Operate semi-automatic machines (after training).Monitor for faults and maintain quality standards.Handle pallets: stacking, wrapping, and moving with trolleys.Clean workstation and tools, including the use of solvents when required.Run multiple machines once trained.Comply with company health and safety policies.Candidate RequirementsPrevious factory or manufacturing experience (essential).Injection moulding experience (preferred but not essential).Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts (days and nights).Own transport due to location.Safety boots required (hi-vis vest provided).Hours and Pay4 on, 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights).12-hour shifts.Training provided on day shifts before moving to the full shift pattern. 12.21 per hour basic pay. 50.50 weekly attendance bonus for completing all scheduled shifts.Overtime paid at 125% and 150% rates.BenefitsTemp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.Stable, ..... full job details .....
