What you''ll be doing:

• Setting up, running, and monitoring gluing machines to keep production smooth and efficient

• Carrying out maintenance and adjustments to minimise downtime

• Quality checking to ensure products meet the highest standards

• Working closely with production teams to hit daily targets and improve processes

What we''re looking for:

• Proven experience operating glueing machines (essential)

• Strong understanding of machine setup, fault finding, and minor adjustments

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

• Reliability and ability to work independently and as part of a team
