We''re working with a well-established manufacturer in Clacton-On-Sea who is currently seeking a Machine Minder to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous machine operating or production experience, looking for stability, growth, and long-term prospects.
Position Details:
- Location: Clacton-On-Sea, Essex
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 05:30 - 14:00
- Full-Time Role
- Pay: -12.21 per hour
- Paid weekly (via Prime Appointments during the temp period)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring basic machinery
- Carrying out light metal assembly work
- Working efficiently on a busy production line
- Meeting daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Assisting with other general factory duties as required
What We''re Looking For:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is essential
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Looking for a long-term role with potential for permanent employment
