Duties: Complete pre-start checks in line with H&S, food safety, SKU and quality requirements prior to commencing production. Monitor production schedules and ensure changes to the machine are made promptly. Liaising with the Production Supervisor / Line Leader for breaks and changeovers to maximise equipment. Monitor outputs, maintain routine checks and report to Line Manager any issues arising. Conduct alongside Engineering team Fault diagnosis and problem solving. Reporting promptly any maintenance issues to the Engineering Department. Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
