      <description>Location: Aldgate | Salary: &amp;pound;250 - &amp;pound;300/day | Type: Contract | Mac Support Engineer – 6-month contract – London    My Customer is looking for a proactive and hands-on  Mac Support Engineer  to join a fast growing company. This role will focus on supporting a predominantly macOS environment, ensuring end users receive a seamless and efficient IT experience across devices, collaboration tools, and core systems.  You’ll play a key role in 1st/2nd line day-to-day support for about 30+ staff in the London office.   Required Skills &amp; Experience from the Mac Support Engineer:    Proven experience supporting  macOS environments  in a corporate setting within a startup/small team environment ideally  Familiarity with  Intune and Mosyle  for device investigation and management  Experience supporting  Google Workspace   Basic understanding of  network troubleshooting , ideally within a Meraki environment  Experience with  Okta administration  (user management and access support)  Strong experience managing  user onboarding and offboarding processes   Knowledge of  IT asset management and inventory tracking   Strong troubleshooting skills with a user-focused mindset    Key responsibilities of the Mac Support Engineer:    Provide  1st and 2nd line support ...</description>
