Location:  Newcastle Upon Tyne

Salary: £30,000

· Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays

Working Hours:

The role operates on a rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday (40 hours per week):

• Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
• Week 2: 10:00 – 18:00

We are looking to recruit an experienced Mac Operator to join a dynamic and creative team working on some of the most exciting commercial print and packaging projects in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

· Prepping and perfecting artwork for print using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

· Collaborating with design, pre-press, and production teams to deliver flawless packaging

· Troubleshooting colour issues, font problems, and image clarity – you’re the fixer!

· Managing multiple projects with razor-sharp accuracy and top-notch file organisation

· Keeping ahead of trends in reprographics and print tech

· Using workflow software (XMF) – training provided

What You’ll Bring to the Team

· 4+ years in reprographics or print/packaging design

· Expert-level Adobe Suite skills on Mac systems

· A sharp eye for colour, detail, and pre-press perfection

· Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple jobs

· Bonus: Knowledge of die-cutting, imposition, trapping, and packaging design
