A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading Big 4 professional services firm for a Transactions Tax specialist. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in client handling, project management, and the ability to build, sustain, and develop new business relationships.This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the development of the firm''s Transactions Tax services, working closely with the Corporate Finance team and the international network. The variety of challenging projects will help expand your capabilities and support your professional growth.Responsibilities:Pivotal role in MandA Tax projects, delivering technical work and ensuring client needs are met.Tax due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side).Tax structuring advice pre- and post-transactions.Supervising and developing junior staff.If you are CTA or ACA qualified (or equivalent) and have strong experience at Manager or Senior Manager level in Transactional Taxes—either in a specialist capacity or as a Corporate Tax professional—please apply or contact me at
