— Manchester City Centre — Big 4 firm — £100,000 - £130,000 DOEWe are currently working with a leading MandA tax Practice in Manchester who are looking to bring in a strong Tax Director as part of their succession planning.The team provide MandA Tax solutions to a range of different clients including large listed, US and international businesses, Private Equity funds and local growing businesses across the North to name a few.This is a unique opportunity to join the leadership of the UK and Manchester''s leading MandA Tax teams.Your new role

Helping lead a fast paced commercial MandA team in Manchester working closely with two experienced partners.Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships acting a trusted adviser to your client base and colleagues.Helping to guide the overall strategy and leadership of deals tax team both across the North and nationally.Lead on MandA transactions including due diligence, structuring and tax modelling.What you need to be successful

Extensive experience leading teams on MandA transactions in the UK marketExperience with a the full life cycle on an MandA Tax TransactionBusiness development and client management experienceConfident leading on client engagementsWhat is on offer for you?
