MandA Analyst or Associate , you’ll work closely with senior professionals to support deal origination, valuation, and execution. You’ll be involved in every stage of the transaction process—from market research and pitchbook creation to client meetings and investor negotiations. Conduct in-depth research within specialized industrial subsectorsAssist in business development initiatives and strategic outreachPrepare pitchbooks, information memorandums, and management presentationsApply valuation techniques including DCF, LBO, and multiple analysesSupport transaction execution and liaise with clients, investors, and advisorsBuild and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholdersContribute to internal knowledge sharing and team developmentPreferred Candidate Profile
