M365 Migration Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced M365 Migration Project Manager to lead data and endpoint migrations within a large-scale, international tenant-consolidation programme. You will oversee Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business migrations using Microsoft''s native cross-tenant migration tools, alongside Windows endpoint migrations using Quest OnDemand AD. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end migration planning and delivery, aligning user, data and device migration waves, milestones and dependencies. Coordinate technical specialists, migration delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure readiness, effective communications and controlled cutovers. Drive resolution of migration issues and blockers, coordinating post-migration validation and transition into hypercare and operational support. Maintain clear governance, risk and issue management, delivery assurance and progress reporting to programme leadership. About you You will have a proven track record of managing M365 tenant-to-tenant and endpoint migration projects, with experience overseeingMicrosoft-native cross-tenant migrations for Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business, and Quest OnDemand AD migrations for Windows devices. A strong understanding of Intune-managed environments, excellent stakeholder management and experience coordinating distributed technical teams are essential.
