      <description>Location: High Wycombe | Salary: &amp;pound;350 - &amp;pound;450/day Inside IR35 | Type: Contract | M365 EngineerHigh Wycombe – Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite – Inside IR35 VIQU IT has a customer seeking an experienced M365 Engineer to support a major Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration and greenfield implementation following a company merger.  The successful M365 Engineer will play a key role in migrating users, services and workloads into a new, empty Microsoft 365 tenant, working across a hybrid environment. Hands-on Quest migration experience is mandatory, alongside strong Active Directory and M365 tenant migration experience.  This is an ASAP requirement, so candidates who are immediately available or can start at short notice are highly desirable. Required Skills &amp; Experience:   Proven hands-on experience delivering  M365 tenant-to-tenant  migrations, with previous experience migrating into a new/empty ( greenfield) tenant .    Mandatory hands-on  Quest  migration experience — candidates must have used  Quest  migration tooling on previous migration projects.    Strong  Active Directory  and  hybrid environment  experience, including identity, synchronisation and migration activities.
