M365 Copilot Engineer

My Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a M365 Copilot Engineer/Specialist on an initial 6 month contract based in London. It is hybrid and will require 3x days onsite per week. You will lead the technical delivery and operationalisation of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem across the organisation. This includes Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilots embedded in tools like SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel, as well as Copilots across the Power Platform and Security stack. As the subject matter expert (SME), you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing intelligent, AI-powered experiences that enhance productivity, decision-making, and automation. You will lead the delivery of Copilot solutions into production, ensure secure and scalable integration with enterprise systems, and manage ongoing optimisation and support.
