M365 Architect

We are seeking a Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice Architect with extensive experience with large-scale voice transformation projects. The candidate should be capable of conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, creating comprehensive design documentation and supporting artefacts as well as operational handover and knowledge sharing. This position requires strong technical skills in Microsoft 365 workloads, consulting and communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. For this position, there is a particular emphasis on Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Voice, and associated technologies, so skills in this area are a must. Key Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice solutions, including PSTN integration solutions such as AudioCodes Session Border Controllers and analogue gateways Develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions based on best practices and guidelines from the Microsoft 365 Solution and Architecture Centre. Design enterprise architecture that aligns with networking, identity, security, and multi-national principles Understanding of key principles for networking, identity, security, and multi-national architectures Create detailed design documents that outline solution architecture and implementation plans.
