This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile,technically complex construction projects across the North West,taking responsibility for the delivery and coordination ofmechanical and electrical building services from pre-constructionthrough to commissioning and handover. The Role Working closely with the Project Director, Construction Managerand wider project team, you will take responsibility for thesuccessful delivery of all MandE and building services elementsacross major construction schemes. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the design, coordination and delivery of mechanicaland electrical services. Reviewing technical designs, specifications and installationproposals. Coordinating MandE subcontractors and specialist supply chainpartners. Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, withinbudget and to the required quality standards. Driving procurement, programme and commissioning activities. Working closely with design, commercial and construction teamsthroughout the project lifecycle. Identifying and resolving technical and coordinationchallenges. Managing quality assurance, testing, commissioning and finalhandover.
