LV/AP Tester (Site-Based) Location: Hemel Hemstead Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Holiday Pay + Travel Expenses from Local Station + Excellent BenefitsEmployment Type: PermanentHours: Full-TimeThe Opportunity We are seeking an experienced LV/AP Tester to join a leading electrical engineering team working on a major project in the Hemel Hemstead area. The role is site-based and will involve carrying out electrical inspection, testing, energisation and commissioning activities on LV systems, with all energisation works undertaken under instruction and in accordance with company procedures.The project is easily accessible via Hemel Hemstead essful candidates to become an Authorised Person (AP) for PME procedures.Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical inspection and testing of LV installations.Undertake energisation and de-energisation activities under authorised instruction.Complete testing documentation and certification accurately.Ensure all work complies with BS7671 Wiring Regulations and company procedures.Follow safe systems of work and maintain the highest health and safety standards.Assist with fault finding and verification of electrical installations.Work closely with engineers, supervisors and commissioning teams to ensure successful project delivery.Participate in internal AP (Authorised Person) training and competency assessments.Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance on site.
