We re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservations Support Executive for a brand new role with a luxury travel organisation in Greater Manchester. The role will involve managing and coordinating reservations for clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with information about availability, rates, and services. You ll also be responsible for processing reservations, handling cancellations and modifications, and resolving any issues that may arise.
