Luxury Sales Manager - YorkSalary: £31,000 per annum + quarterly bonus + uncapped commission About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven luxury sales professional to take ownership of a high-profile retail location in York. You will combine hands-on sales with team leadership, ensuring exceptional client experiences while consistently delivering strong commercial results.You will be working with a premium product range, supported by regular new releases, exclusive events and product showcases, alongside full training to further develop your expertise and maximise performance.This is a weekend-led business, so flexibility to work five out of seven weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver strong personal sales performance through consultative, high-value sellingBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsProactively generate new business and maximise opportunities with existing customersOversee the day-to-day running of the locationLead, coach and support a small sales team to achieve and exceed targetsMaintain exceptional customer service standards at all timesSupport events, product launches and promotional activityAbout YouProven success in a luxury or high-value sales environmentExperience coaching, supporting or managing a small teamStrong ability to adapt your approach to different clients and situationsConfident communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsHighly organised with a strong customer-focused ..... full job details .....
