Are you an experienced retail sales professional who enjoys delivering great customer service and building relationships with customers?
We''re looking for a Sales Consultant to join a well-established luxury jewellery and watches brand in Belfast.
You don''t need to have a background in jewellery or watches. We''re also keen to hear from candidates with experience across premium fashion, beauty, fragrance, accessories or other customer-focused retail environments.

The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you''ll be responsible for providing a welcoming and personalised experience for every customer, while supporting the store in achieving its sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly and personalised customer service.

• Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat visits.

• Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

• Learning about the jewellery and watch collections to confidently advise customers.

• Handling customer enquiries, appointments and follow-ups.

• Keeping the boutique looking welcoming and well presented.

• Working as part of a supportive team to deliver a great customer experience.

About You
We''re interested in candidates from a range of retail backgrounds, including:

• Premium or luxury fashion

• Beauty, skincare or fragrance

• Jewellery and watches

• Accessories or leather goods

• Premium lifestyle brands

• Other customer-focused retail environments

You''ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.

• A confident and friendly approach with customers.

• Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A genuine interest in premium or luxury retail.

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.

Jewellery and watch experience isn''t essential - we''re more interested in your sales ability, customer service skills and personality.
