Luxury Retail Brand Image Operations Coordinator London Hybrid £35,000 - £40,000 Parkside Recruitment are partnering with a globally recognised luxury retail brand to recruit a Brand Image Operations Coordinator to support their EMEA team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with experience across retail, visual merchandising, creative operations, marketing or project coordination. Key responsibilities: Coordinate EMEA installation calendars, project timelines and business updates Maintain trackers, databases, store information and project documentation Prepare presentations, newsletters, reports and leadership updates Support meetings, minutes, actions and stakeholder follow-ups Liaise with internal teams and suppliers on artwork, signage and installations Track deliverables and ensure key information is gathered and shared accurately What we''re looking for: 2-3 years'' coordination experience within retail, creative, marketing, VM or operations Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail Confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities A brilliant opportunity to join an established luxury retail brand and gain exposure across EMEA projects in a fast-paced, creative environment. ..... full job details .....
