Our client, a leading Inbound DMC based in the heart of London, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join their dynamic team as a Full-time FIT Reservations Supervisor. As the FIT Reservations Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our reservations department. You will manage a team of dedicated reservation agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver the highest standards of customer service. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will be essential in optimising workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
