You don’t necessarily need an art background — just confidence in selling a luxury product and a genuine appreciation for art. Training provided. What you’ll do • Deliver exceptional client service and create a memorable gallery experience • Work towards realistic monthly sales targets with strong commission potential • React to walk-in clients and proactively generate new business • Make daily outreach calls to drive footfall, nurture client relationships and grow sales • Manage client enquiries via phone and email with a polished, luxury-retail approach • Support occasional home consultations (driving preferred) What you need • Passion for sales and premium products • Strong people skills and a consultative, service-led approach • Self-motivation and confidence making daily outreach calls • Flexibility to work frequent weekends (5-day week).
