Luton - Reach Truck Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Luton.This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time position working a Monday to Friday day shift within a modern temperature-controlled warehouse environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe movement, storage, replenishment and picking of stock while maintaining excellent health and safety and quality standards throughout the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating a Reach Truck safely and efficientlyPutting away, replenishing and retrieving stock from racking locationsLoading and unloading vehiclesUsing RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)Completing stock movements accuratelyAssisting with stock checks and inventory countsCarrying out daily MHE equipment checksMaintaining high standards of housekeepingFollowing all health and safety procedures and site regulationsSupporting general warehouse activities as requiredReporting damaged stock, defects and safety concerns promptlyWhat We''re Looking ForEssentialValid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)Previous Reach Truck experience within a warehouse environmentGood attention to detailStrong awareness of warehouse health and safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood numeracy and literacy skillsDesirableCold store or temperature-controlled warehouse experienceCounterbalance licenceExperience using RF scanning ..... full job details .....
