This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people across an all-through specialist school, working primarily with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , alongside pupils with a range of additional needs, including physical disabilities. As a Lunchtime Support Assistant, you will be assigned to a specific class and will support pupils throughout the entire lunchtime period. This will include accompanying students from the classroom to the dining hall, supporting them during mealtimes, encouraging positive social interactions, and supervising activities during playground and outdoor time before safely returning them to class. The role requires individuals who are proactive, nurturing and confident in supporting students with varying levels of need.
