Lunchtime Supervisor - Primary School - Falmouth Location: Falmouth, CornwallHours:11:45am - 1:15pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)Contract: TemporaryStart Date: Next Week The Supply Register is recruiting on behalf of one of our partner primary schools in Falmouth for a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join the team from next week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help create a safe, happy and enjoyable lunchtime environment. The Role As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will: Supervise pupils during the lunchtime period, both in the dining hall and on the playground. Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive environment. Support children whilst they are eating and encourage good table manners. Help supervise play and encourage positive interactions between pupils. Deal with minor incidents and report any concerns to the appropriate member of staff. Ensure the welfare and safeguarding of pupils at all times. Work closely with the wider school team to provide a positive lunchtime experience. The Ideal Candidate Experience working with children is desirable but not essential. A caring, patient and approachable manner. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
